We are passionate about boosting the diversity of senior leaders in mission-driven organizations and boards. We create diverse talent pools from which to recruit.
We primarily focus on searches at the Director to Senior Executive Level. Our executive search research function focuses on the front end of the hiring process. Despite more advanced AI recruiting tools, talent sourcing has become more complex. However, we are experts in identifying and developing passive candidates. We deliver interested, qualified candidates to your internal executive search, recruiting, and talent acquisition team.
Our methodology balances hiring for company values and craft skills evaluation. We lead with an open and growth mindset, viewing candidates beyond their resumes. We take a user-centered approach to process design, considering the candidate and interviewer experience as we map out a clear recruitment process and craft job descriptions, core competencies, interview guides, rubrics, and thought exercises.

Humanity Forward is on a mission to close the diversity gap in C-suite, executive, senior leadership, and board advisory positions. We create solutions to attract, recruit, develop, and retain talent while helping move organizations toward a more inclusive and equitable culture.
Additionally, G for Good is Humanity Forward’s way of making a difference — beyond our daily work. As part of our commitment to social change, a part of our proceeds is donated to organizations providing mental health resources and arts & recreational initiatives to youth from underserved communities.
